The concept of "anytime, anywhere learning over the web" is beginning to quickly spread over most of Asia, being a faster, inexpensive and an effective learning system compared with the traditional face-to-face method of teaching.
With the goal of providing member countries with skills and knowledge on making such a concept an effective tool in the learning process through using the latest multimedia tools, software and technologies, CPSC conducted the recently concluded In-Country Program in Indonesia.
CPSC collaborated with the Technical Education Development Center (TEDC), Ministry of Education, Government of Indonesia to hold this one-week program on e-Teaching and Learning Systems in from 6 June to 10 2005 at TEDC, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia.

Specifically, the program sought to enable the participants to: 1) understand the methodology and tools of Web-based e-teaching and learning system; 2) learn to build a web-based teaching and learning system for IT-based education and training; and 3) gain knowledge and skills in using web editing tools.
Prof. Tariq Mahmood, CPSC Faculty Consultant acted as Course Coordinator and Chief Resource Person, Prof. Myong Hee Kim, CPSC Assistant Faculty was Resource Person through cyber net. Mr. Won Hyung Heo, Web Designer assisted in the program.
A total of 24 participants mostly curriculum developers, professionals and TEVT policy makers were expected to benefit from this program.
